This fund is made in memory of Thomas Patrick McGuire for the purpose of a youth attending Mr. McGuires' alma mater, John Carroll University, Cleveland, Ohio. This fund shall provide an annual scholarship to a graduating senior of a Catholic high school in the Diocese of Columbus, accepted to attend John Carroll University.
