Here at The Catholic Foundation, we assist donors in creating a meaningful and lasting impact through planned giving and charitable fund management.

We work closely with charities and organizations that donors designate as their beneficiaries and apply for our many grants.

We continually strive to attract and develop people who are talented, passionate and whose personal values align with our mission. We are looking for individuals who not only want to become part of something special but who also want to be a part of a team. Above all, we seek to work with individuals with a heart for serving.

Executive Assistant & Grants Coordinator

Part-Time: Around 30 hours/week (non-exempt)

Hybrid Schedule: Approximately two days per week in our office; the remaining work can be done remotely.

Pay Range: $23-$25/hour

Education: A minimum of an associate’s degree in business administration or a related field is required.

Position Overview: The Catholic Foundation stewards more than $300 million in charitable assets on behalf of donors, parishes, schools, and ministries across the 23-county Diocese of Columbus. We are seeking an Executive Assistant & Grants Coordinator to serve in a central role on our small, mission-driven team.
