The Morality of Automation, Robotics, and AI Fund

The purpose of the Fund shall be to provide for the study of ethics at John Carroll University in the fields of automation, robotics, and artificial intelligence (AI), particularly as it pertains to the replacement or elimination of human jobs. Distributions may be used for, but are not limited to, funding symposiums, academic white papers and other publications, research, policy advocacy, and the general advancement of the study of ethical issues in these areas with the goal of promoting the Catholic Church's teachings on this subject.
