The Hedda Langer Education Endowment Fund

The purpose of the Fund shall be to support the following organizations:

a.50% of the Annual Distribution to Ohio Dominican University ("ODU") to fulfill the Donor's intent of funding tuition awards to benefit students of the Business Department. The tuition awards shall be administered by ODU and based upon the student need as verified via student F ASF A, and submission of a 500-word essay on a topic determined by ODU.

b.50% of the Annual Distribution distributed equally to:
i.Tuition Assistance for Seminarians from the Diocese of Columbus studying at the Pontifical College Josephinum, Columbus, OH
ii.The general operational needs of the Marian Shrine operated by the Salesians of St. John Bosco in Stony Point, NY.
iii.Tuition assistance at St. Andrew's Elementary School, Upper Arlington, OH. The tuition awards shall be administered by St. Andrew's Elementary School and based upon student need as verified via student FACTS.

The Michael and Fernanda Heyeck Endowment Fund

The purpose of the Fund is specifically dedicated to support St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Westerville, Ohio to grow and to sustain the Catholic Faith for the Parish through 1) capital replacements and capital additions, and 2) programs, initiatives and operational needs for evangelization and Religious Education.
