The purpose of the Fund shall be to provide for the following:
a. Franciscan University of Steubenville, Steubenville, OH for tuition
assistance and/or scholarships for students, two-thirds (2/3)
b. The Augustine Institute, Florissant, MO for programming and mission-supporting
work, one-sixth (1/6)
c. St. Paul the Apostle Parish, Westerville, OH with a preference for capital
projects, one sixth (1/6)

The purpose of the Fund shall be to support the development of teachers and staff personnel of the Tuscarawas County Catholic Schools which may include, but not be limited to, conferences, professional development, incentives, project stipends, and continuing education. The Fund shall support the following schools:
a. 50% to Tuscarawas Central Catholic Junior Senior High School
b. 50% to be divided equally between the Catholic Elementary Schools
