The Robert E. and Rhoda M. Wilson Scholarship

Background

The Robert E. and Rhoda M. Wilson Scholarship Fund provides scholarship grants to assist Roman Catholic children and adults who have been residents of Delaware County, Ohio, for at least 48 consecutive months immediately before applying to the Fund, in obtaining a post-secondary education. A letter of recommendation from a parish Pastor confirming residency or active parishioner status for at least 48 consecutive months will be required.

Eligibility Requirements and Criteria:

  1. Roman Catholic residents of Delaware County, Ohio, for at least 48 months prior to applying for benefits.
  2. Must plan on pursuing post-secondary education.

This is a four-year award which will be based on the recommendation of a parish pastor as well as being judged on scholastic achievement, involvement in school activities, financial need, and community involvement.
