The purpose of the Fund shall be to provide for the following:
a. Franciscan University of Steubenville, Steubenville, OH for tuition
assistance and/or scholarships for students, two-thirds (2/3)
b. The Augustine Institute, Florissant, MO for programming and missionsupporting
work, one-sixth (1/6)
c. St. Paul the Apostle Parish, Westerville, OH with a preference for capital
projects, one sixth (1/6)
