The purpose of the Fund shall be to support, in equal shares, the following organizations:
a. Kindway (Westerville, Ohio)
b. Society of Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity (SOLT), designated to San Pedro Belize Roman Catholic Church (Corpus Christi, Texas)
c. The Saga Society Foundation, Inc., designated to Saga Humane Society on the island of Ambergris Caye (Masontown, Pennsylvania)
