The purpose of the Fund shall be to provide need-based tuition assistance to deserving students attending St. Catharine of Siena School, Columbus, Ohio with priority given to students who are active members of St. Catharine of Siena Parish, Columbus, Ohio, or to provide for the capital needs of St. Catharine of Siena School, Columbus, Ohio.
