The purpose of the Fund shall be support clients of Joint Organization for Inner-City Needs (J.O.I.N.), which functions under Catholic Charities of the Catholic Diocese of Columbus, Ohio with money for bus passes, utilities or rent, or any other direct financial assistance to clients for emergency needs.
