This fund shall provide assistance to (i) seminarians for the Diocese of Columbus, (ii) needs of retired priests in the Diocese of Columbus, and (iii) graduating seniors from a Catholic high school entering college with a demonstrated financial need. The annual distribution shall be divided equally between all three areas.
