Shane Roush Memorial Endowment Fund

This fund shall provide scholarship assistance to students and financial assistance to teachers at St. Mary's Elementary School, Lancaster, and William V. Fisher Catholic High School. The fund shall also provide assistance for teachers of St. Mary's and Fisher Catholic. From the amount distributed to each school, at the principal's discretion, 20% of the distribution, up to a maximum of $1,000, will be awarded to one or more faculty members of the school in the name of The Shane Roush Teaching Excellence Award. Selection of the recipient(s) shall be by vote of the faculty members of the school. The remaining income shall be applied to tuition assistance, the the discretion of the principals.

This endowment, made possible through the benevolence of the Pope John XXIII Knights of Columbus Council #5429, provides financial assistance to seminarians studying for the Diocese of Columbus and for individuals from the Diocese of Columbus accepted as candidates in formation programs for religious orders.
