The fund shall also provide assistance for teachers of St. Mary's and Fisher Catholic. From the amount distributed to each school, at the principal's discretion, 20% of the distribution, up to a maximum of $1,000, will be awarded to one or more faculty members of the school in the name of The Shane Roush Teaching Excellence Award. Selection of the recipient(s) shall be by vote of the faculty members of the school. The remaining income shall be applied to tuition assistance, the the discretion of the principals.
