The Prociuk Family Endowment Fund

The purpose of the Fund shall be to support, in equal shares, the following
organizations:
a. The general needs of St. Matthew Parish, Gahanna, Ohio
b. The general needs of St. Gabriel Radio, Columbus, Ohio
c. The general needs of Greater Columbus Right to Life, Columbus, Ohio
d. The general needs of Eternal Word Television Network, Irondale, Alabama
e. The general needs of The Marian Fathers of the Immaculate Conception,
Stockbridge, Massachusetts
f. The general needs of Beautiful Together Animal Sanctuary, Chapel Hill, North
Carolina
g. The general needs of Mary’s Meals USA, Bloomfield, New Jersey
h. The general needs of Joseph’s Coat of Central Ohio
