St. Martha Giving Circle Awards Seven Grants

The Catholic Foundation’s St. Martha Giving Circle is excited to announce this year’s grant recipients. Seven organizations were chosen to receive a total of just over $26,000. Members of the St. Martha Giving Circle, called Marthas, nominated 14 organizations for consideration and then narrowed the selection through a vote last month.

Congratulations to the following grantees:
1.    Back in His Arms Again
2.    Christ Child Society
3.    St. Vincent de Paul Society of Perry County
4.    Hope Hollow
5.    Domincan Learning Center
6.    St. Vincent de Paul Housing Facilities
7.    Women’s Care Center
Total grants awarded: $26,670

The St. Martha Giving Circle is an initiative through The Catholic Foundation that is designed to bring Catholic women together to raise awareness and funds for charities in the Diocese of Columbus. The Marthas gather periodically to learn about organizations and their needs, to join together in service and to decide together which projects to fund.

The St. Martha Giving Circle will meet on May 25th from 6pm-8pm to present the awards to this year’s grantees. All interested women are invited to attend this evening of celebration and to learn more about the group. The event, held at The Catholic Foundation, is free to attend. Please RSVP to Betsy Sewell, Director of Marketing, at 614-443-8893 or BSewell@catholic-foundation.org.
