Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Campaigns Coordinator to support our development team and campaign management operations. This is primarily a data entry position requiring exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in processing donor information across multiple capital campaigns.
Primary Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and process gift entries into our donor database
- Manage pledge records and track redemption schedules
- Maintain data integrity across multiple campaign accounts
- Generate reports on campaign progress and donor activity
- Provide back-office operational support for partner capital campaigns
- Coordinate reminder schedules for pledge fulfillment
- Update donor information and contact records
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven data entry experience with high accuracy standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in database systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Experience with donor management or CRM systems
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of donor information
