Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Campaigns Coordinator to support our development team and campaign management operations. This is primarily a data entry position requiring exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in processing donor information across multiple capital campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and process gift entries into our donor database
  • Manage pledge records and track redemption schedules
  • Maintain data integrity across multiple campaign accounts
  • Generate reports on campaign progress and donor activity
  • Provide back-office operational support for partner capital campaigns
  • Coordinate reminder schedules for pledge fulfillment
  • Update donor information and contact records

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven data entry experience with high accuracy standards
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in database systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Experience with donor management or CRM systems
  • Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Clear written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of donor information
